Refund policy
At KCUBE, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction.
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used grooming products are not eligible for refund.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
KCUBE reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
